- 4 large Eggs
- 400 g Canned tomatoes
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tbsp Harissa
- 2 tbsp Cilantro
- 4 slices Crusty bread

Cook merguez until browned. Remove and slice.
