- 600 g Pork belly
- 3 pieces Bay leaves
- 1 tsp Peppercorns
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 400 ml Vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp White vinegar
- 0.5 small Onion
- 1 small Chili

Boil pork belly with bay leaves, peppercorns, garlic, salt until tender, 40 min.

Drain and dry completely. Refrigerate to dry further if time allows.

Deep fry at 180°C until very crispy and golden.

Mix soy sauce, vinegar, diced onion, chili for dipping.

Chop pork. Serve with dipping sauce and rice.
