- 300 g Mixed mushrooms
- 100 g Pearl barley
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 medium Carrots
- 2 stalks Celery
- 1.2 L Vegetable broth
- 4 sprigs Fresh thyme
- 3 tbsp Heavy cream
- 1 tbsp Butter
