- 1 tsp Yeast
- 180 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Baking soda
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 60 g Cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Powdered sugar

Make dough: flour, yeast, water. Knead, rise 1 hour.
