  • 2 large Green plantains
  • 200 ml Vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Cilantro

조리법

    Peel and cut plantains into thick rounds.
