  • 80 g Peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp Annatto powder
  • 1 medium Eggplant
  • 100 g String beans
  • 2 heads Bok choy
  • 1 large Onion
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Toasted rice flour
  • 3 tbsp Shrimp paste (bagoong)

    Boil oxtail until tender, about 1.5 hours. Reserve broth.
