  • 1 kg Oxtail
  • 2 medium Onions
  • 3 medium Carrots
  • 2 stalks Celery
  • 300 ml Red wine
  • 500 ml Beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 4 sprigs Fresh thyme
  • 2 pieces Bay leaves
