- 200 g Red lentils
- 2 large Onion
- 2 tbsp Berbere spice
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Ginger
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 pieces Injera bread

Slowly cook diced onion in oil until very dark, 15 min. No shortcuts.

Add garlic, ginger, berbere. Cook 2 min.
