  • 330 ml Dark Belgian beer
  • 3 large Onions
  • 200 ml Beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 4 sprigs Thyme
  • 2 pieces Bay leaves
  • 2 slices Bread
