- 3 tbsp Hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Five-spice powder
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 drop Red food coloring (optional)
- 300 g Steamed rice
- 3 heads Bok choy

Slice pork into thick strips. Marinate in hoisin, soy, honey, five-spice, garlic for 30 min.
