- 1 sheet Puff pastry
- 12 pieces Cherry tomatoes
- 12 pieces Mini mozzarella balls
- 2 tbsp Basil pesto
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Balsamic glaze

Cut puff pastry into 12 squares. Press into mini muffin tins.

Bake at 200°C for 8 minutes until puffed.
