- 60 g Cashews
- 40 g Shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 pinch Salt

Pulse dates and cashews in a food processor until sticky crumble.

Add half the coconut, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt. Process until combined.
