- 500 g Chicken thighs
- 60 g Cornstarch
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 6 pieces Dried red chilies
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 200 g Broccoli
- 300 g Steamed rice

Cube chicken and coat in cornstarch. Deep fry until crispy.

Make sauce: soy sauce, vinegar, hoisin, sugar, cornstarch slurry.
