- 800 g Lamb shoulder
- 4 medium Potatoes
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 2 medium Lemon
- 2 tbsp Oregano
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 60 g Feta cheese

Cut slits in lamb, stuff with garlic slivers.

Place lamb and quartered potatoes on parchment paper.
