- 1 large head Cauliflower
- 100 g Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp Tandoori paste
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 3 tbsp Pomegranate seeds
- 3 tbsp Fresh cilantro

Blanch whole cauliflower for 5 min. Drain.
