  • 3 tbsp Jamaican curry powder
  • 2 medium Potatoes
  • 1 large Onion
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 whole Scotch bonnet pepper
  • 4 sprigs Fresh thyme
  • 200 ml Coconut milk
  • 300 g Steamed rice
