Where is the Restore Purchases button?

If you already paid but Nutrola still shows the paywall, you do not need to buy again. On the paywall, look at the small links at the bottom: alongside Terms of Use and Privacy Policy is a Restore Purchases link. Tapping it rechecks the App Store or Google Play purchases tied to your signed-in account and reconnects Premium.

The Restore Purchases link lives only on the paywall, not inside Settings. On the paywall screen, scroll to the bottom row of links. You will see three short underlined links separated by dots:

  • Terms of Use
  • Privacy Policy
  • Restore Purchases

Tap Restore Purchases. There is no separate restore button in Profile or Settings, so the paywall is the place to do this.

What happens when you tap it

When you tap Restore Purchases, Nutrola asks your store (App Store on iOS, Google Play on Android) for the purchases linked to the account you are signed into, then checks them against your Nutrola account:

  • If an active purchase is found: you see a Success message ("Your purchases have been restored successfully!"), Premium reconnects, and Nutrola takes you into the app.
  • If nothing is found: you see No Purchases Found ("No previous purchases were found for this account."). This usually means the purchase is on a different store account or a different Nutrola account (see below).
  • If it fails to check right now: you see an Oops! message ("We couldn't restore your purchases right now. Give it another try in a bit!"). This is usually a temporary connection issue, so wait a moment and tap Restore Purchases again.

"No Purchases Found" even though I paid

Restore only finds a purchase when two things line up: the store account you bought with (App Store / Google Play) and the Nutrola account you are signed into now. If you bought on a different Apple ID or Google account, or you are signed into a different Nutrola login than the one you subscribed on, restore will not see the purchase.

Restoring versus subscribing again

Restore Purchases does not start a new purchase or charge you, it only reconnects an existing one. If you have never subscribed, there is nothing to restore and you will need to choose a plan on the paywall to continue, since Nutrola has no permanent free tier.
