- 400 g Canned tomatoes
- 1 large Onion
- 0.5 tsp Cinnamon
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 500 ml Milk
- 2 large Eggs
- 60 g Parmesan
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
Instructies

Brown beef with onion. Add tomatoes and cinnamon. Simmer 15 min.

Cook pasta. Toss with a beaten egg and half the parmesan.

Make béchamel: butter, flour, milk, nutmeg. Cool slightly, stir in remaining egg.

Layer: pasta, meat sauce, béchamel, remaining parmesan.

Bake at 180°C for 35 min until golden.
