- 1 piece Preserved lemon
- 80 g Green olives
- 2 medium Onion
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 pinch Saffron
- 3 tbsp Cilantro
- 2 tbsp Olive oil

Brown chicken. Set aside. Sauté onion, garlic, ginger.
