  • 4 slices Milk bread
  • 60 g Panko
  • 1 large Egg
  • 30 g Flour
  • 60 g Cabbage
  • 3 tbsp Tonkatsu sauce
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 200 ml Vegetable oil
