  • 400 g Canned tomatoes
  • 100 ml Heavy cream
  • 60 ml Vodka
  • 1 ball (125g) Burrata
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 0.5 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 30 g Parmesan
  • 8 leaves Fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructies

    Sauté garlic and chili in oil. Add tomatoes, simmer 10 min.
