  • 2 large Onion
  • 2 tbsp Berbere spice
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 pieces Injera bread

Instructies

    Slowly cook diced onion in oil until very dark, 15 min. No shortcuts.
