  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 small Green chilies
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 300 ml Vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro

Instructies

    Boil and mash potatoes. Mix with peas, cumin, garam masala, ginger, chilies, cilantro.

    Make dough: flour, oil, water, salt. Rest 20 min.

    Roll into semi-circles. Form cones, fill with potato mixture, seal.

    Deep fry at 170°C until golden and crispy.
