  • 120 ml Water
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 large Egg
  • 300 ml Canned dhal curry

    Mix flour, water, egg, salt. Knead until very smooth and elastic.

    Rest 30 min. Stretch dough paper thin. Fold into layers.
