- 3 tbsp Harissa paste
- 400 g Canned tomatoes
- 1 medium Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 200 g Couscous
- 30 g Breadcrumbs
- 1 large Egg
- 3 tbsp Fresh cilantro
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt

Mix lamb with 1 tbsp harissa, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, and cilantro. Roll into meatballs.

Brown meatballs in a pan. Set aside.

Sauté onion. Add tomatoes and remaining harissa. Simmer 10 min.

Add meatballs back. Simmer 15 minutes.

Prepare couscous. Serve meatballs over couscous with yogurt drizzle.
