  • 150 g Rice
  • 1 small Onion
  • 20 g Pine nuts
  • 2 tbsp Fresh mint
  • 2 tbsp Fresh dill
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil

Instructies

    Sauté diced onion and pine nuts in olive oil. Add rice, cook 2 min.

    Add water, herbs, and lemon juice. Cook rice halfway.

    Place a spoonful of filling on each grape leaf. Roll tightly.

    Pack rolls in a pot. Add water and lemon juice. Simmer 35 minutes.
