- 400 g Ground beef
- 400 g Canned tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 large Onion
- 1 medium Carrot
- 1 stalk Celery
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 100 ml Red wine
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 30 g Parmesan

Finely dice onion, carrot, and celery. Sauté in olive oil for 5 minutes.
