  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 2 stalks Lemongrass
  • 3 slices Galangal
  • 3 pieces Kaffir lime leaves
  • 2 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 3 tbsp Lime juice
  • 3 small Thai chilies
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro
  • 600 ml Chicken broth
