  • 400 g Canned tomatoes
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 0.5 tsp Coriander
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley
  • 2 pieces Pita bread
