  • 150 g Firm tofu
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 80 g Bean sprouts
  • 2 tbsp Tamarind paste
  • 2 tbsp Fish sauce (or soy sauce)
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 20 g Peanuts
  • 1 medium Lime
  • 2 stalks Green onions
