- 130 ml Boiling water
- 6 stalks Green onions
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil

Mix flour with boiling water. Knead smooth. Rest 20 min.
