  • 200 g Flour
  • 130 ml Boiling water
  • 6 stalks Green onions
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil

Instruktioner

    Mix flour with boiling water. Knead smooth. Rest 20 min.

    Roll thin, brush sesame oil, scatter chopped scallions.

    Roll into a log, coil, flatten and roll out again.

    Pan-fry in oil until golden and crispy on both sides.

    Serve with soy-vinegar dipping sauce.
