- 3 tbsp Jamaican curry powder
- 2 medium Potatoes
- 1 large Onion
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 whole Scotch bonnet pepper
- 4 sprigs Fresh thyme
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 300 g Steamed rice
