  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp Red curry paste
  • 100 g Pineapple chunks
  • 80 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 10 leaves Thai basil
  • 2 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 200 g Jasmine rice
