  • 3 pieces Bay leaves
  • 1 tsp Peppercorns
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 400 ml Vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp White vinegar
  • 0.5 small Onion
  • 1 small Chili

    Deep fry at 180°C until very crispy and golden.

    Mix soy sauce, vinegar, diced onion, chili for dipping.
