- 4 large Eggs
- 200 g Spinach
- 1 medium Zucchini
- 1 medium Leek
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 40 g Feta cheese
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 2 tbsp Cilantro

Sauté sliced leek and diced zucchini in olive oil for 5 minutes.

Add garlic, cumin, and spinach. Cook until spinach wilts.
