- 250 g Tapioca flour
- 120 ml Milk
- 60 ml Vegetable oil
- 2 large Eggs
- 80 g Parmesan
- 0.5 tsp Salt

Heat milk, oil, and salt until simmering. Pour over tapioca flour and stir.

Let cool slightly. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
