- 100 g Canned chickpeas
- 80 g Cherry tomatoes
- 60 g Cucumber
- 30 g Feta cheese
- 1 tbsp Tahini
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Olive oil

Cook quinoa according to package directions. Let cool slightly.
