Orecchiette with Broccoli Rabe & Sausage

• 350 g Orecchiette
• 250 g Italian sausage
• 200 g Broccoli rabe
• 4 cloves Garlic
• 0.5 tsp Red pepper flakes
• 2 tbsp Olive oil
• 30 g Parmesan

   Cook orecchiette with broccoli rabe in the same pot. Reserve pasta water.

   Brown crumbled sausage. Add garlic and chili flakes.

3. 3

   Toss pasta and broccoli rabe with sausage. Add pasta water to emulsify.

   Finish with Parmesan.
