- 1 sheet Puff pastry
- 2 medium Carrots
- 100 g Peas
- 2 stalks Celery
- 1 medium Onion
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 300 ml Chicken broth
- 80 ml Heavy cream
