  • 1 sheet Puff pastry
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 100 g Peas
  • 2 stalks Celery
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 300 ml Chicken broth
  • 80 ml Heavy cream
