Change your calorie goal and macro targets
In Nutrola, open Profile/Settings, tap Edit Nutrition Goals, and edit your calorie, protein, carbs, and fat values; they save automatically.
Does logging a workout increase my calorie budget?
Yes, by default. Nutrola adds your burned calories to your daily goal; turn off 'Add exercise calories' in Preferences to keep the goal fixed.
How do I change my goal weight?
In Nutrola, open Profile > Personal Details, tap Change Goal on the Goal Weight card, pick a new weight, and tap Save.
How do I set my step, water, sleep, and calories-burned goals?
Open Profile, Personal Details, then under Daily Goals tap Step, Water, Sleep, or Calorie Burn Goal and enter a value. Each saves on its own.
How do I switch between metric and imperial units?
Open the Nutrola Profile tab, go to Personal Details, tap Unit System, choose Metric or Imperial, then Save.
How does Nutrola calculate my starting calorie and macro goals?
Nutrola estimates your metabolism, scales it by activity, adjusts for your goal and pace, then splits the result into protein, fat, and carbs.
Is there a minimum or maximum I can set for calories or macros?
Nutrola's Edit Nutrition Goals fields accept any number with no minimum or maximum, so double-check what you type since the app won't warn you.
Why didn't my calorie goal change after I updated my weight or goal weight?
Nutrola sets your goals once during onboarding and doesn't recalculate them when you edit Personal Details, so adjust them yourself in Edit Nutrition Goals.
