Your Nutrola subscription is billed and managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), depending on where you signed up, so your plan, renewal date, and price all live in that store. There is no screen inside the Nutrola app for switching plans. Open your store's subscription settings to view details or change to a different option.

Where do I manage my Nutrola plan?

Nutrola does not handle billing directly. Whichever store you used to subscribe is where you view your current plan, see your next renewal date, and switch between available options. The steps below differ by platform.

On iPhone or iPad (App Store)

  1. Open the device Settings app.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Nutrola to see your current plan and next renewal date.
  4. Tap a different option to switch between available plans, if more than one is offered.

Apple decides the timing and any proration when you switch. The exact menu names can vary slightly with your iOS version.

On Android (Google Play)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon, then tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Nutrola to see your plan and renewal date.
  4. Use the options shown to change plans, if more than one is offered.

Google handles upgrade and downgrade timing and any proration according to its own rules.

What does a plan change cost?

Prices are shown at checkout in the app and in the store, and they vary by region, so we cannot list amounts here. Nutrola has no permanent free tier; there is a free trial on the trial plan, then paid billing. Can Nutrola support change my plan for me?

No. Because Apple and Google own the billing, our in-app support assistant cannot change, upgrade, downgrade, cancel, or refund a subscription. You make any plan change yourself in the store using the steps above Can Nutrola support cancel my subscription or issue a refund?.

Stop renewing instead of switching

If you want to end your subscription rather than change plans, cancel in the same store where you subscribed Cancel your subscription on iPhone or iPad Cancel your subscription on Android. If you have already paid but Nutrola is not unlocked, try restoring your purchase Restore Nutrola Premium on a new device.
