- 250 g Pork belly
- 800 ml Pork or chicken broth
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 2 large Eggs
- 2 stalks Green onions
- 2 sheets Nori
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 3 cloves Garlic
