- 1 small head Cauliflower
- 6 small Corn tortillas
- 1 small Avocado
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- 80 g Red cabbage
- 1 medium Lime
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 0.5 tsp Cumin
- 2 tbsp Olive oil

Cut cauliflower into small florets. Toss with oil, chili powder, cumin, salt.
