Ingredientes

  • 8 pieces Corn tortillas
  • 400 g Black beans
  • 150 g Cheddar cheese
  • 400 ml Enchilada sauce
  • 1 small Onion
  • 4 tbsp Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro
  • 1 tsp Cumin

Instrucciones

    Mix beans with diced onion, cumin, and half the cheese.

    Fill each tortilla with bean mixture and roll up.

    Place seam-side down in a baking dish. Pour enchilada sauce over.
