  • 2 sheets Brick pastry (or phyllo)
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 80 g Canned tuna
  • 1 tbsp Capers
  • 1 tsp Harissa
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley
  • 200 ml Vegetable oil

    Place tuna, capers, harissa, parsley on pastry.

    Fold into triangle, seal edges.
