Ingredientes

  • 400 g Beef chuck
  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp Massaman curry paste
  • 2 medium Potatoes
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 40 g Peanuts
  • 1 tbsp Tamarind paste
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 300 g Steamed rice

Instrucciones

    Fry curry paste in a splash of coconut cream for 2 minutes.

    Add cubed beef and brown.

    Add remaining coconut milk, cubed potatoes, and onion.

    Simmer 30-35 minutes until beef is tender.

    Stir in tamarind, sugar, and peanuts. Serve over steamed rice.
