How refunds work

Last updated 27 जून 2026

How you get a refund depends on where you subscribed. If you subscribed on the Nutrola website, you can request a refund from us within 14 days of the charge. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google handle refunds under their own policies, and that 14-day window does not apply.

First, where did you subscribe?

Your refund path depends entirely on where the purchase was made:

  • On the Nutrola website (nutrola.app): Nutrola handles the payment, so we can refund it directly, within the window below.
  • In the App Store (iPhone or iPad) or on Google Play (Android): Apple or Google is the seller, so only they can issue a refund, on their own terms. Nutrola cannot refund a store purchase.

If you are not sure, check your receipt: a charge from Apple or Google means it was a store purchase.

If you subscribed on the Nutrola website

Website subscriptions are billed by Nutrola, so we can help you directly:

  • Within 14 days of the charge: email us at support@nutrola.app to request a refund. This 14-day refund window applies to purchases made on the Nutrola website only.
  • After 14 days: we are not able to offer a refund, but you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals, so you are not charged again.

If you subscribed in the App Store (iPhone or iPad)

Apple is the seller, so refunds are requested from and decided by Apple under Apple's policies. The 14-day website window above does not apply to App Store purchases.

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
  2. Choose Request a refund.
  3. Choose a reason, then continue.
  4. Select your Nutrola purchase, then submit the request.

Apple reviews and decides each request. The exact wording in Apple's tool can change over time.

If you subscribed on Google Play (Android)

Google is the seller, so refunds are requested from and decided by Google under Google's policies. The 14-day website window above does not apply to Google Play purchases.

  1. Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, then go to Payments & subscriptions and Budget & order history.
  2. Find your Nutrola purchase and tap Report a problem.
  3. Choose the option that fits your situation, complete the form noting that you would like a refund, and submit it.

Google reviews and decides each request, and the menu names can change over time.

Cancelling is not the same as a refund

Cancelling only stops future renewals; it does not return money already charged Cancel your subscription on iPhone or iPad Cancel your subscription on Android. If you only want to stop being billed going forward, cancel instead. If you were charged after you thought you had cancelled, see I was charged after cancelling.
