Streaks, Gems & Classes

Do water and exercise logs count toward my streak?
No. Only logging a meal advances your Nutrola streak. Water and exercise are tracked separately and do not keep the streak going.
Gems: what they are and how to earn them
Gems are Nutrola's in-app reward currency, earned for logging and keeping your streak, and spent on streak freezes and revives.
How streaks work
Log at least one meal each day to build a Nutrola streak; a missed day resets it only if you have no streak freeze to cover the gap.
Reviving a streak after you lose it
If only 1 or 2 days were missed, Nutrola's streak-broke screen offers a paid Revive that spends gems to restore your full streak.
Streak freezes (snowflakes): how they protect your streak
A Nutrola streak freeze (snowflake) auto-covers a missed day; you get one free, can buy more for 100 gems, and hold up to 2.
Streak milestone rewards (7, 30, 100 days)
Hitting a 7, 30, or 100-day Nutrola streak each grants a one-time gem bonus (25, 100, 500) plus a bonus streak freeze.
Why do I have two different streaks in Nutrola?
Nutrola tracks two separate streaks: your meal-logging streak and a class streak for finishing lessons in the learning path.
