- 150 g Firm tofu
- 2 large Eggs
- 80 g Bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp Tamarind paste
- 2 tbsp Fish sauce (or soy sauce)
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 20 g Peanuts
- 1 medium Lime
- 2 stalks Green onions
