- 2 medium Lemon
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 6 sprigs Fresh thyme
- 3 sprigs Fresh rosemary
- 3 medium Carrots
- 4 medium Potatoes
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
